Voice guide.
How you sound on the page: sentence length, vocabulary, what you never say, three registers (public, peer, private). The document every future writer, including you, works from.

Positioning page.
One page: who you're for, what you claim, why anyone should believe you. Written to be stolen by your own team.

One finished piece.
An essay, a newsletter issue, a keynote opener or a chapter. 1,200 to 2,000 words, publish-ready, in your voice.

Platform or prototype scope.
What to build first, what to skip, what it costs, on one page. If it's software, a clickable sketch you can put in front of people.
Fifth, when it applies: Funding map. One page: which programmes fit, when they close, what you're missing.
How the two weeks go
- Day 1
- Ninety-minute interview, recorded. I ask, you talk.
- Days 2 to 5
- I read everything you've put out (or the nothing you've put out) and draft the voice guide.
- Day 6
- You get the guide and the first draft of the piece.
- Days 7 to 12
- Two rounds of revision, positioning, scope.
- Day 14
- Handover call. You leave with four documents and a decision.
