A ghostwriter who builds. Start with two weeks.

The Blueprint is how every engagement with me starts. I learn how you sound, write one real piece as you, and map what your voice needs to live in. If research money fits, you get a funding map as a fifth document. $2,500, fixed, credited against the sprint if you continue.

What you get

  1. 01

    Voice guide.

How you sound on the page: sentence length, vocabulary, what you never say, three registers (public, peer, private). The document every future writer, including you, works from.

  2. 02

    Positioning page.

One page: who you're for, what you claim, why anyone should believe you. Written to be stolen by your own team.

  3. 03

    One finished piece.

An essay, a newsletter issue, a keynote opener or a chapter. 1,200 to 2,000 words, publish-ready, in your voice.

  4. 04

    Platform or prototype scope.

What to build first, what to skip, what it costs, on one page. If it's software, a clickable sketch you can put in front of people.

Fifth, when it applies: Funding map. One page: which programmes fit, when they close, what you're missing.

How the two weeks go

Day 1
Ninety-minute interview, recorded. I ask, you talk.
Days 2 to 5
I read everything you've put out (or the nothing you've put out) and draft the voice guide.
Day 6
You get the guide and the first draft of the piece.
Days 7 to 12
Two rounds of revision, positioning, scope.
Day 14
Handover call. You leave with four documents and a decision.

Guarantee

If you read the first draft and don't recognize yourself, we stop and you get your money back. No forms.

Who it's for

Founders, executives and experts with something to say and no time to say it well. English or German. Not for agencies looking for a subcontractor, for anyone who wants twenty posts a week, or for anyone who wants me to invent an opinion they don't hold.

Why me

Twelve years writing in other people's voices, in two languages. Head of Product at GutWise, co-founder of Relocate.World and SHÄP, founder of ERC and AcademicAI. Published poet and novelist. I've never delivered through a team; you get me.
