90-day build. $18,000, paid in three parts, with the $1,500 plan credited. The entity, the site, the product, the first customers.
Monthly retainer. $5,000 a month, optional. Keeps the business visible through renewal.
O-1 works differently: an evidence audit, then a monthly evidence build.

I've been Head of Product at GutWise, a Norwegian gut-health app. I co-founded Relocate.World, the first independent marketplace for global migration, and SHÄP, a rent-anything marketplace launched in Manhattan in 2022. I ran ERC, a research consultancy that worked on Austrian government-funded security research with JOANNEUM RESEARCH and the Ministry of Defence.
